I am in need of a macro that will take a list of 68 employee names from Sheet1, cells B6:B73 and populate each one in a it's own worksheet (one for each name) in cell C1.

The worksheet the names need to copy to is a predefined generic worksheet used to calculate pay plans.

I have more values I need to copy over to the worksheets, but I can probably figure that out after I get past this first part.

Let me know if you need more info.

Thanks for any help!

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
No error trap added...
Code:
Sub test()
Dim r As Range
For Each r In Range("b6:b73")
     Sheets.Add.Name = r.Value
     Sheets(r.Value).Range("c1").Value = r.Value
Next
End Sub
