Populating Drop Down box with data from columns

Hi,

My problem is, I have several drop down boxes which I have populated with data which exists in a particular column in another worksheet. The task is, I would like to populate the first drop down with all the data...no problem, however, drop down 2 I would lile to populate again with all the data apart from the previously selected item within the 1st drop down, and the 3rd drop down with all the data apart from the selections made in the 1st & 2nd....and so on.

Could anyone give me any ideas?
