Hello everybody.

For a particular loan, having disbursement date, interest rate, disbursement fee, maturity.... how in excel to calculate the yield on this loan, in ONE formula?
I have tried "yield" formula, however - it is for securities, bonds... not for loans granted.
IRR will not work for me, i particularly need yield on portfolio - which is = total income generated by the loan divided by the average outstanding of this loan.
Is there any chance i can solve this in one formula? as i have over 20 thousands of rows.

Thank you in advance
