Hello,

I have 26 keyboard shortcuts in excel to run a macro (this is the all letters).
May you help me how I can use more than 26 custom shortcuts in excel to run a macro? I need to use more than 26 macros but I have no idea how to do that with more keys?

Thanks in advance :)

Hi, and welcome to Mr. Excel!

Not sure if it helps you, but where I regularly need to run several procedures in workbooks, I assign each to either:
1. A button on the Quick access toolbar.
2. A menu item in the right-click menu. *

There's loads of help on either, if you search for it on the forum.

* Entails using some VBA to assign the menu items at workbook open, and some more if you want them removed on WB Close.

Thank you. I will check this option, but I have some worries because I use excel with a software robot (RPA).
Usually the Robot generates some report from the necessary system, open the file and call a macro with a keyboard shortcut to execute the previously defined changes and send it by email.
So I should investigate all possible ways to avoid the manual work :)

As per my sig. block, it would have been better to have mentioned that from the start - otherwise everyone's time can be wasted in a game of ping-pong, whilst getting to the root of the whole problem.
Also, other Folk who might know (specialise?) in RPA, might have answered for you, instead.
