Power BI Desktop : Slicer or visual can't connected between "Timestamp" and "Id_satker"

hi all.

i am newbie in Power BI.
i'm using Power BI desktop last version
i have 2 tables in google sheet as sources
and
i want to make report using 2 tables above with "Timestamp" column and "id_satker" as controler report, maybe like slicer

i have problem for "Timestamp" & "Id_satker" can't connected as slicer, when i click in "Timestamp" not show change in "Id_satker" (not dynamic)
how to figure out this problem..
i hope someone give solution
