Hello Friends,

I have Excel 2013 and other staff have 2010. and all of us downloaded powerpivot (the version according to the Excel that we have).

Can the staff see the pivottables that I made on their Excel 2010? with all the features and functions?

Thank you very much in advance.

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
Wouldn't have thought so as the datamodel is different between the two versions, in 2010 the engine is within the PP addin, in 2013 it is embedded in Excel.

I just created a simple PP model in 2013 and a pivot table, and opened it in 2010, and got an error every time I tried anything.

Ya, think that is full trauma. Only reasonable option I can think of would be publishing to sharepoint and viewing in the browser.
