Power Query: Salesforce connection problems

I'm working on creating a complex table in Power Query, and it appears that update 2.29.4217.221 64-bit has broken a lot of the connectivity between my queries and Salesforce.
The queries work fine on my coworkers' older version (2.27.4163.551), but is giving me constant errors that say "DataSource.Error: invalid query locator, Details: List".
It also won't allow me to convert some of my connection-only queries to load into tables—the query seems to load like normal, but once all the rows are loaded, the query status changes to "waiting for (Salesforce URL)" and it spins until the query times out.
I tried rebuilding a few of the queries from scratch, but quickly ran into the same problems. I investigated the Salesforce angle too, but I have the same permissions as my coworkers, and the queries are working fine for them.
Any suggestions?
