Powerpivot install issues

Hi All,
I had powerpivot working on my machine. I disabled the add-in to speed startup. However it has stopped working now. Have tried reinstalling the .Net Framework, Visual Studio and office. Still no luck.
When I try to activate the addin - from excel 2010 addins I get the error below.

Can anyone point me in what I am doing wrong.
