I have a spreadsheet with columns labeled with Dept #, position titles, headcount and number of terms and the turnover % for a specific period of time. When I slice the data by depts, my turnover % is not accurate because my only options from the pivot table are to sum, average, min, max or index. Here is an example of my current data:

How would I set up my powerpivot to automatically calculate turnover % (# of terms/headcount) for the total of the sliced data instead of each individual position?

My end result is to have pivot table as below that will change as we slice. In this example though, the organization and dept should equal the same amounts but do not because it the pivot is averaging the turnover % from the original spreadsheet. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
