Print Multiple forms in excel

How to Print Multiple Forms from different name and address using Microsoft excel.
I need to use excel as alternative to Microsoft word that has mail merge.

Let me get this straight:

• In Excel you have a number of forms
• In Excel you also have a list with email addresses (and names)

1. You want to send each of the forms to every email address, or
2. you want to send selected forms to selected email addresses, or
3. you want to modify each form with the details of the name and send to each address

Which of the three cases is correct?
