Working on a schedule type sheet, and I want it to print a copy, update a cell, print a copy, update a cell, print....etc. Say the cell I want updated is A1, and the list to update for each print is in column B. So first print would use value in B1 in A1, second would be B2 in A1, .....so fourth.

Anyone know how to do this? Maybe it could generate a new sheet for each, and then I print multiple sheets.

Thanks

Excel Facts

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
I found this, but would like it to use a list in a set of cells, instead of typing in my #1, #2, #3, 4, etc

VBA Code:
Sub PrintCopies()
    Dim i As Integer
    Dim VList As Variant

    VList = Array("#1", "#2", "#3", "#4")
For i = LBound(VList) To UBound(VList)
        Range("A7") = VList(i)
        ActiveSheet.PrintOut

    Next
End Sub

This worked

VBA Code:
Private Sub CommandButton1_Click()

For x = 1 To 100 'increase the 100 to a larger number if you ever have more than 100 sheets

If Sheets("Sheet2").Range("T" & x).Value = "" Then Exit Sub

Sheets("Sheet2").Range("F4").Value = Sheets("Sheet2").Range("T" & x).Value

Sheets("Sheet2").Range("F3").Value = Sheets("Sheet2").Range("U" & x).Value

ActiveSheet.ExportAsFixedFormat Type:=xlTypePDF, Filename:=ThisWorkbook.Path & "\test" & x & ".pdf"

Next

End Sub
