I would like to create a macro that would print certain worksheets based on the user name that is selected. I have a very large workbook, but the 20 different people in the company that view this document each desire different pages.

Ideally, I would like to give each the option to either print the worksheets they require, or print them, but not having that option would not be a huge issue. Mostly, I want to print worksheets based on user chosen.

I saw another thread that came close to solving this, but not quite. That thread had a good reference to this :Try this link from John Walkenbach.

Thanks for your help. I am good at Excel, but have not gotten into macros yet. This would be a good beginning to understanding the process.

I am on Windows 7, using Excel 2007

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
