How to print a single record from a microsoft acess form into a report

What you need to do is create a macro to open the report, but in the macro there is condtions, what you would do here is set the condition to look at the record on the form (Like ID Field) then match that to the ID field from the table where the source comes from then you will only see a single record when you click the macro button

if you want to print information for the current record you are on:

DoCmd.OpenReport "ReportName", acPreview, , "<conditions>"

WHERE
<conditions> is something like -->
"RecordID =" & me.RecordID
where RecordID is the fieldname of your primary key -- if this is not numeric, you will have to delimit it
