printing to HP450c Plotter

The HP450c plotter does not show in the printer options under setup in Excel.
It shows in all other software printer setup windows.
Running NT4.0 SP6
Any Ideas?

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
