Hi, I am having a hard time getting this IF formula to work. Can anyone explain to me how I would get this done. Here is the scenerio:

In a template, my cell J5 contains names of properties rented, I created a drop down list of 5 different properties.

In cell S5 is where I want the names of the Landlord to appear once a particular property is chosen in cell J5, but I just can't get it to do that.

Info in J5 from the drop down list, ie) 510 McIntosh 520 McIntosh etc......

Info in S5 for Landlords (if j5 is 510 then it should insert Robert Larocque

if J5 is 619 then it should enter Teri Caron

etc....... thanks for your time
