hey guys I have put together a workbook for work that has vendor contacts from different companies. I put together this list from several coworkers' contact lists. This is shared between us. The help I need is that the cells cannot be copied- they are displayed as "john smith-salesmen" but in the formula bar as ='C:\Documents and Settings\E17536\My Documents\[Copy of litas_contacts colin.xls]Contacts'!B3". Is there anyway to get the names displayed not linked to the other worksheets?

Thanks so much!

If you want to remove the formulas now, since you have retreived the information you needed you can: Copy/ Paste Special/ Values
