I have list of employee and supervisor list in day wise productivity in sheet 2. I want to create the index which can be filter by supervisor wise and need to get the employee details. Also I need to update the attendance details in sheet 1 which need to be updated automatically in sheet 2 but by supervisor filter wise.

Welcome to the site, or at least if you've been looking for awhile, glad you could post.

Your question is very broad. Do you have anything created yet; can you post anything?

Certainly you can filter data from sheet one onto another. The question becomes: can somebody update the values in that formula based or pivot based table. The simple answer is no. Basically, you would need to create a way for the Supervisor to edit a record and save it back to Sheet1. I've created many Sheet based forms to do just that. It requires VBA macros.
