Hello,
just found this site and WOW! what a wealth of information. I'm hoping someone can help me with a formula. For my company, I am trying to condense a workbook down for cost estimating. We build stands for casinos so saving money by using "fall off" from cutting our plywood is key. When doing a cost estimate before, I would have a sheet for each type of stand and then a sheet that would add up all the costs and figure the labor. But what it didn't take into consideration is that when we cut for one base we can use the scrap for another. I've been racking my brain and I've gotten pretty good at using IF statements but I can't seem to get this one to work right.
If someone could take a look at the worksheet for me and then maybe point me in the right direction, I would be greatly appreciative.
I can try to explain it here but it would take a while and then I don't know if I explained it correctly.

Thanks for any help
Scott
