Publishing in word

Ok so i dont know why but i have been asked to do a database with huge memo fields.
When I try and publish it to word, the memo fields end up cutting off half way through the tex, or for entries with less data I end up with loads of white space.
What can i do.
help
 

Excel Facts

Create a Pivot Table on a Map
If your data has zip codes, postal codes, or city names, select the data and use Insert, 3D Map. (Found to right of chart icons).
If you are experiencing this problem on a report it may be that you need to set the Can Grow/Can Shrink properties of the memo fields.
