This has most likely already been answered, but I am trying to figure out how to write 'Complete' in a cell based on the date in another cell. The date will either be today's date or before it.

I have tried multiple ways but nothing has been working for me.

I am more than happy to use formula, conditional formatting or even VBA.

Thanks for your help guys!

Best way to learn Power Query?
Read M is for (Data) Monkey book by Ken Puls and Miguel Escobar. It is the complete guide to Power Query.
Maybe
Excel Formula:
=IF(A2<>"","Complete","")
or
Excel Formula:
=IF(A2<=TODAY(),"Complete","")

It works but it makes all my cells turn to complete instead of just the ones with the dates in as the others are blank

If you want the Completed added to a cell if another cell is not blank, then use the 1st formula
