Hi, last year we did a christmas quiz for all our staff and used Microsoft Forms as the answer sheet which then sent me an excel doc that I could check answers off manually,

Is there some formula I could use to highlight a cell as being the correct answer even if its a slight typo, so when I get the sheet with all the teams on and all their answers I could add the correct answer to the top of each column and then have some type of conditional formula that say highlights a cell green if its similar to the actual answer? So say it was
  1. Who had a ‘Christmas Vacation’ in a 1989 festive film? Answer being - National Lampoons - but people might time National Lampoon or National Lampoon Vacation etc etc
Hopefully that makes sense and might save me time marking and being reliant on people marking their entries right!

You may want to consider creating a quiz so that the user can choose a predefined answer.
