RANDBETWEEN 17 and 90 Seconds

Hi all,

I need to add this formula to a set of times I've calculated but can't figure out how to do it.

Could anyone please help, that would be much appreciated.

You can calculate that value by using the formula

=Randbetween(17, 70)/86400

86400 is the number of seconds in one day.
