Random Text

I understand how the RAND function works for numbers but cannot seem to figure out if it is possible to return a random text from a range.

For example I have text in the range A1:A10 and I would like to return one random text/cell in B1.

Is this possible please?

=INDEX(A1:A10,RANDBETWEEN(1,10))
