Ranking based on values in a column

I am trying to rank the percentages in column A in column B. Since 200% is the highest, it would be ranked #1 . Can someone help? Thank you.

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
