This is a snapshot of a spreadsheet I created to track flight delays. Inside of the yellow highlighted square, are delay codes, and subcodes, from drop down menus. Since this sheet tracks a month at a time, I would like to have a 'Top 3' delays, specifically a top three sub-codes that I can easily see which were the top three delay drivers at the end of the month, since there are over 100 to choose from (T02, S16, etc..)....What would be a formula to use to get this done, and to ignore rows that have no data?
Also, I also have 12 sheets, one for each month. How would I be able to make a top three on my dashboard that will give me the top three sub-delay codes from the entire year?
Thanks for your time!
