Reading HLP files in windows 10

Hello
I tried to install the version for windows 8 and Hlp32Fix_Win10.zip but both processes returned an error message.

I am using windows 10 and Excel 2016

Extract the files, then right-click on Install.cmd and select Run as administrator.

Works for me - clicking on it results in a Save prompt (which is as it should be). Depending on your browser, an empty window may also open.
