I have 15 records in table, while displaying in forms it is showing as 23. some of the records are displaying twice. Primary key has been set to id. Relationship has been established to three tables. Form has been designed such a way to enter values for all three tables.

Thanks in advance.

Can you show us the relationships between these tables? Also, are you able to identify any particular ID that shows more than once?

What is the record source for your form? Is it a Junction table or is the main table?

I would recommend joining all your tables and returning the fields you need in a query first. If the query does not return the expected number of records, they you have a join problem (or you may have a one-to-many type relationship between the tables).

Then, use this query as the source of your Form, and it should have exactly the same number of records as the query does.
