Hello,

New here and need some help. I am trying to figure out how to copy and paste data automatically, without copying and pasting myself. I have a form to fill out that requires the name and shipping information to be filled out three different times on the form. Is there a formula that will fill it in automatically after I type it once.

Likewise, there are 5 different spots that the date needs to be filled in. Anyway to have the correct date show up in all of the spots needed as the form is opened?

Thanks!

Hi welcome to the board

Yes this is possiblel probably using simple formula....

What are the 3 cell ranges containing the shipping info?

Which cells require the date to be autofilled?

Do you wish the date to be static?

If i open your workbook today and auto put the date in an then closed it and opened it the day after would you want the current date or always the first date of opening....?

The cells that I would type the data into are B6 - B9. They need to be repeated again at F66 - F69 and A118 - A121.

Also, I would like to have the date set for when I open the document the date is set. So for instance, I open tomorrow and it says "July 22, 2011".

Thanks!
