I have to schedule a soap check for 96 locations six times a year. Any ideas on how this would work or where to start?

Without knowing how much you do and don't know already - or what a soap check is - one approach would be to create a workbook which runs a macro when it opens, then use Windows Task Scheduler to open that workbook six times a year on the dates you want.

Does that help you move forwards at all? Or do you not know how to do those things?
