Referencing Data in another sheet and sorting it

I have a data set for organizing a group of papers. These papers are the same between two locations, but are not filed the same at each location. I have them set up so each location has its own spreadsheet and the rack/page location is noted for that particular location and sorted from there. What i would like to do is set up a master sheet that has both locations side by side (|rack/page# loc A | rack/page# loc B|) and then a seperate work sheet references the master and sorts it automatically in a predefined manner (by rack then page# OR by document#). I have everything working on their own sheets, I am just coming to a stand still on having them combined and working off the same sheet.

Sample headings now:
| Doc # | Description | Date | Rack | Page# |

How the "master" sheet will look:
| Doc # | Description | Date | Rack X | Page# X | Rack Y | Page# Y |

From this new sheet, site X will reference its own info and site Y will reference its own. (then they will sort)

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Dan
