Hello there,

I hope you are all well.

I have a project file that contains a table with employee names.

I have a formula on the 1st column of the table (reference) that will be visible if the "Available?" column is set to "Yes".

I want to send an email to one of the employees that shows the reference number.

The problem is, when I open the userform and click on the ComboBox dropdown menu, I see the visible reference and the invisible.

Is there a way to remove/hide the blank cells? Please take into account that the "Reference" cells contains formula.

Your assistance on this matter will be highly appreciated.

Best regards,
Filipe
