Retrieve daycount in specific year

Hello, if I enter the year "2017" in cell A1, is there a way I can determine how many days are in that year with a formula in cell B1?

I need it so that I can roll forward spreadsheets from one year to the next by just updating the cell that contains the year, so that all the formulas will update with correct daycount.

Any help appreciated!

=DATE(A1,12,31)-DATE(A1,1,1)+1
