Return the last value for each day

Hello, As per the attachment, I would like column F to pull (from Column D) and show the ending balance for each day for each Branch#. Notice that there are variables regarding Branch# (Column A) and Completion/Ship dates (Column E).
Thanks in advance for you help.

can you give the examples of what you want the results to look like and based on the sample what the results expected are ?

Excel Formula:
=IF(A3&E3<>A4&E4,D3,"")

Hi ETAF, I tried to download the XL2BB but I was unnsuccesful. But thanks for your help. I got the answer from JEC
