I used "Alt+Enter" in Cell A1 so that each word will go next line.
I used the formula of "=A1" in Cell B1, then it showed without the next line

How can I keep the next line in Cell B1 when using the formula?

Use Data, What-If Analysis, Goal Seek to find the correct input cell value to reach a desired result
After Enter =A1 also turn on Wrap Text From Home Tab, Alignment Section
