Hiya
I have a formula which works great

=IF(OR(ISNUMBER(SEARCH("Terminate",J9)),ISNUMBER(SEARCH("Transfer",J9))),"Escalate","")

I'm wishing to add more in the same cell but for a different return value. How can I do this please?

I wish to add
Treat returns Action required
Tolerate returns Action required
Combination returns Action required

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
=IFERROR(IFS(OR(J1="Terminate", J1="Transfer"),"Escalate",OR(J1="Treat",J1="Tolerate",J1="combination"),"Action Required"),"")
