Rolling 13 months error

Good morning!

I am trying to get a rolling 13-month figure for my report but my formula us picking up the total average instead. Not sure where the issue is so any help is appreciated!

Excel Facts

Quick Sum
Select a range of cells. The total appears in bottom right of Excel screen. Right-click total to add Max, Min, Count, Average.
You need to put an extra comma before the -13, you currently have it as the row argument.
