Rolling Over Data , Deleting Unwanted Rows

This data is in sheet 1 which keeps on growing day by day


Say in a month there may be around 1000 records.


If the balane is zero that line should be deleted in sheet 2 and the serial and the other record is updated

following is the image of the shhet I want to be shown in sheet 2

I think I am not able to make u people understand my problem.

Can i do it with MS Acess like all the data goes in Acess and an updated one is in Excel or anything i have to manually delete around the trucks despatched manually while adding 30 new arders daily and i have no Record if someone asks me some orders do get cancelled too which i like to add an extra column mentioning that they were cancelled. I feel like ashamed that i cannot expresee wat i want to say May be still anyone here could know wat i am trying to say


Anxiously awaiting any good news from my friends in this forum as a friend of mine told me u can get almost anything out of Excel if u Contact MrExcel

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
Without a macro, the best way is to use autofilter on Sheet 1, as follows:

Highlight the columns that you want to filter (A through H)
From the "Data" Menu, choose "Auto Filter"
This will put arrows in row 1.

Click on the arrow in column H, and choose "Custom".
Change the criteria to "not equal to" and type 0 in the box.
This will hide rows containing zero.
Copy and paste onto sheet 2, and renumber column A.

Is this what you want?
