hi, i have a spreadsheet of staff training needs with over 145 courses..
some of these columns (of the name of the course) have the same heading, so some of the staff data is in the former and some in the latter - but its not duplicated... I just want to merge the two columns with same headers together...
HELP?
I.E. IF HEADER 1 MATCHES HEADER 2, THEN COMBINE ALL THE ROWS INTO COLUMNS WITH HEADER 1...

Excel Facts

Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
if header1 is the same as header 2 copy all data in header 2 c olumn and paste it in header 1 column then delete header 2 column a few minutes work and SORTED
