segregate them to become 2 seperate cells

Is it possible to segregate them to become 2 seperate cells:

for example, when i download data, it is "000400 - Tan Ah Kau" is in a single cell.

How can I segregate them to become "000400" & "Tan Ah Kau" in 2 seperate cells

Insert a blank column to the right of the one you want to split

Select the column

Data > Text to Columns, make sure Delimited is selected, click Next

In Other, enter -

Click OK
