Select case or IF

I created a kind of calculator, here's where I'm stuck, and it's the last part of it.

• Let's say cell c4 has a value that is the base
• Now I have 4 choices (checkboxes) with values to choose from.
• When you select a choice, I need to add that value to the base value to come up with a total value.

Please help
