Selection dependent on 3 criteria

Once Criteria 1,2 and 3 are entered by the user in the table on the right, I need the code to automatically populate. Didn't think this was too hard but can't quite get it to work.
Can you please solve for an Excel 2019 user.

=VLOOKUP(1,CHOOSE({1,2},(C3:C6=G3)*(H3=D3:D6)*(I3=E3:E6),B3:B6),2,0)
