Selection dependent on 3 criteria

Once Criteria 1,2 and 3 are entered by the user in the table on the right, I need the code to automatically populate. Didn't think this was too hard but can't quite get it to work.
Can you please solve for an Excel 2019 user.

Just a follow-up question, could this have been also calculated with a Vlookup function?
