Separating different lines from a single Excel Cell

I have cells that look like the one below that contain "Class C Part#:", "Manufacturer", "Mfr. Part #", "Pack code" and "your price". I'm wanting to separate the Manufacturer into once cell and the Mfr. Part # into a different cell. I have about 2,000 of these that I need to do and none of them are the same manufacturer and there are different lengths in the part #.

Class C Part #:29

Manufacturer:CAR-PAK MANUFACTURING COMPANY

Mfr. Part #:95-7376

Pack Code - Qty:25 - PK

Your Price (USD):TBD
