Hi,

I have two pivot tables (one with expenses and one with revenues) and then a third table that I am using to combine the two pivots with extra calculations.

The layout of the first pivot is as follows;

Month Activity Expense
January TV 5000
Direct Mail 150
Event 50
Feb TV 500
Online 1000
Radio 455
etc...

2nd Pivot

Month Activity Revenue
Jan TV 1000
Radio 50
Feb Online 500
Event 50
etc.....

Table
Month - Jan Month - Feb
Revenue Expense ROM Revenue Expense ROM
TV
Radio
Event
Online
etc...

So I can copy a vlookup formula across the spreadsheet I want to be able to set the rows in the pivot tables so that both pivot tables are the same size (sometimes there may be revenue for a previous months activity or no revenue for an activity so currently both pivot tables are different sizes).

Is this possible or is there a better way to do it?
