I have a spreadsheet with multiple pages of thousands of data points. They are mostly distributed in four columns but around 4000 rows per page. How do I calculate those four column values per row, so each row has an average? I don't want to do AutoSum for all those averages....

Excel Facts

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
You could select all sheets (right click select all sheets) then place your average formula in first cell and copy down.

For example: If your data is in columns A1:D4000 in E1 enter AVERAGE(A1:D1) then copy this down. When you have all sheets selected whatever you put on one sheet will be applied to all
