Showing Totals for Filtered Data

My crosstab report has a total line for each data column using the Subtotal(109,,) function. However when a filter is selected from one of the attribute columns, the total line is not visible. How can I create a visible total line when using filters? Thanks, Becky

Hi,

For the requirement of your crossTab use pivot table option to filter the data according to your need in this way you can prevent hiding subtotal row

Thank you for your response. This data is being inserted into an interactive dashboard where a pivot table is not possible. I appreciate the creative thought. Becky

The solution to my question was to leave a blank line between the bottom of my data range and the Total line. I then used the Subtotal function with 3 digit action codes.
