Simple Date subtraction in conditional formatting. Why can't i get it?!

I've found thousands of posts about this topic but because my brain seems to stop functioning :confused: when I try to modify it for my purposes, I need your help.

It's quite simple. I need to conditionally format a cell based upon this statement: "If the date in B1 occurred 1-180 days prior to A1 OR ANYTIME AFTER A1" then format ...

Anyone?
 

Excel Facts
