In Excel, I have a column of data that displays only 2 decimals.
However, when I merge that column of data into a Word doc using Mail Merge, it shows up with ~7 decimals.
In Excel, I formatted the column to be text and display only 2 decimals. However, it still shows up with ~7 decimals.
I have a deadline to send this merged data before I fall asleep tonight.
Please help! I'm sure that this is a simple fix.
