Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
What does "not working" mean? That formula looks OK based on your description.

Hi, I think the problem is the cells that generate AP are vlookup formulas from another sheet and even though they are showing as 0 there is something causing the formula to not see the cell as actually zero. When I manually type in a 0 the formula works. Any suggestions?

thanks a million,
Sharon
