Good Day

I'm looking for a VBA that will allow a cell to be skipped (offset the cursor?) based on the contents of another cell.

Basically, I am scanning left to right, into the chart below and if items are coming in ( IN [Column B] ), I have no entry for Column C . If items are leaving ( OUT [Column B] ), there is no need to enter info into Column F. I would, however, need a continuous scan pattern for relocating items ( MOVE [Column B] ).

Any help would be much appreciated. :)

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
