what will be the next step after creating HTML sheet to put it to message board?

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple

Follow the prompts to copy it to your clipboard... and just simply paste the output into the "message body" of your post. It will be in HTML code...so don't expect it to be pretty!
